Paging

Paging using no speaker/intercom

1.    Pick up the handset.

2.    Press the right arrow key surrounding the OK button and use the arrow keys to select the proper zone.

3.    Press OK  

4.    You will hear a beep and then you will be able to page through every phone in the facility.  This is only one way and they will not be able to answer you back like intercom.

Paging using speaker/intercom

1.    Pick up the handset.

2.    Press the BLF key designated “Speaker” or “Intercom”

3.   You will now be able to relay info through the speaker and hang up when you are done.
